Amazing that this Team of Contractors "Work the way Men used To!!! They are perfectionists in their mitigation and abatement, and protection of our property and they did everything correctly the first time. Our home is a large loss complex claim from wind and water intrusion. They communicated professionally, and documented everything and coordinated the other contractors that needed entry to pack out, to store, to estimate restoration, and they kept me in the loop . They didn't get paid for that extra effort, but that is the difference...not greedy and honest. My insurance company State Farm was so impressed that they paid them directly, no two party checks to us and Mortgage Lender on Title. I have already and will continue to recommend the Team, Joe, Mike, Kurt and others. I just wish they could do my restoration as that would have been the perfect ending to a very stressful time. Honest, reliable, professional and deserving of 5++ stars. We were on the East Coast when we got a call that our hot water tank was leaking out of our carpeted garage with a lot of items stored in it. We saw Gold Coast’s many positive reviews and called them. With the help of relative to let them in, they came in, assessed damage, gave us an accurate quote and through the crew leader Pat began to keep us informed by calls, texts and PHOTOS of the situation and their work. An example of their excellent work: they taped plastic down on another garage floor area and moved every item neatly there, including an antique hutch—which they had to disassemble—and a digital piano. They obviously treated every possession like it was theirs. We returned home and were blown away about how well they took care of our home and possessions. We hope you never need a restoration company but if you do these are clearly the people to call. They also referred us to solid plumbing and contracting companies. Gold Coast Restoration did a wonderful job when they arrived to help us out after our water heater flooded our garage and home. Mike was professional and very understanding, as well as his workers, of the upsetment we were experiencing. They did a great job cutting out sheet rock, removing our damaged hardwood flooring and setting up the machines to dry out the areas. The team was meticulous in cleaning up each day and we would highly recommend this company. ~ Pat &
